Pole Climb |
Entry
Level-1 |
- Climb up so the student can
touch the top red with both hands
- Come down medium to slow -
no slides or drops

Middle
Level-2 |
- Put a piece of masking tape
approximately 12" up on pole
- Climb once to the top read,
come down med-slow
- Touch one foot to the tape,
not the ground
- Go back up and touch red and
come down med-slow

High
Level-3 |
- Do four trips with the tape
on

Horizontal Ladder |
Entry
Level-1 |
- Reps-1 up & 1 down
- Start at the high end. Go down
both hands touching each bar. Turn without touching ground. Come
back up. Must climb off (not jump)

Middle
Level-2 |
- Same as Entry Level except
they turn at the top when they finish one (feet can't push off
on this turn) and they do another one
- 2 total trips

High
Level-3 |
- Do three trips down and up
(no feet touch around or push offs)

Sit Ups |

Level-1 |
- 20 continuous reps. Up-touch
Ð down. Pace = 1 sit up every 2-3 seconds (approximately)
- Reps to be in proper PFA form.
Knees bent, elbow touch thighs, hands on shoulders. Not fast
and bouncy

Level-2 |
- 40 up-touch-down sit ups
- Pace = 1 sit up every 2-3 seconds

Step Ups |

(Low steps are OK and probably best
to use.)
- 40 proper steps in approximately
1:45 or faster. Continuous stepping once they start
- Kids do an up-up down-down
pattern. Feet must plant solidly on steps. No tip-toe push off
type steps.

2:40 or less

- 40 high steps in 1:45 or less

on hands. Do a controlled leap off at the low end so both feet

at a med-pace and jump up and do another

- Do 4 walks down, coming back
each time at a medium walk
